Lesson Objectives
- How to size the back panel
- How to avoid plywood splitting
- Spacing the screws
- How to attach the back
This part of the project is pretty self explanatory. The spacing of the screws is completely up to you, but I would strongly advice making the holes bias to the inside of the cabinet on the upright components. This will prevent the edges of the plywood from splitting as the countersunk head of the screws is driven in.
