Part 11

How To Attach The Back Panel

In this part of the project, I will show you how to attach the back panel of the cabinet to ensure no damage is caused to the edge of the plywood, and the internal faces of the cabinet.

Lesson Objectives

This part of the project is pretty self explanatory. The spacing of the screws is completely up to you, but I would strongly advice making the holes bias to the inside of the cabinet on the upright components. This will prevent the edges of the plywood from splitting as the countersunk head of the screws is driven in.
